We want you to be happy with what you wear. If something isn't right, here's how returns, refunds and exchanges work.
Return window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags attached.
Made-to-order items
Many of our pieces are printed on demand, just for you. We're glad to replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns on made-to-order items, please get in touch — we'll do our best to help, though these may be handled case by case.
How to start a return
Email info@mosven.com with your order number and a short note on what's wrong. For damaged or incorrect items, a photo helps us sort it out quickly.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Processing times after that depend on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange where stock allows.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no extra cost to you.
Return shipping
For defective, damaged or incorrect orders, we cover return shipping. For other returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we agree otherwise.
Non-returnable
- Digital products and design-service deliverables.
- Gift cards.
- Items returned outside the 30-day window or not in original condition.
