These terms apply when you use the Mosven website, buy our products, or commission our design services. By using the site, you agree to them.

Mosven is a brand operated by Mosven LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA ("Mosven", "we", "us"). You can reach us at info@mosven.com.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to buy from us. If you're under 18, please use the site with a parent or guardian.

Products and services

We offer minimalist botanical apparel (printed on demand) and design and 3D-render services. We describe products as accurately as we can; colours may vary slightly between screens and finished items.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown at checkout in the listed currency and may change over time. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error — and will refund any payment taken in that case.

Payment

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. By placing an order you authorise us (through our processor) to charge your chosen payment method.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on our fulfilment partners and carriers. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns, refunds and exchanges are covered in our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, the Mosven name, logo, and site content belong to Mosven LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce them without our written permission. Buying a product gives you the item, not rights to its design.

Design and render services

For commissioned work, scope, revisions, timelines and fees are agreed in writing before we start. Unless agreed otherwise, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you once payment is received in full; we may show non-confidential work in our portfolio.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, or infringe others' rights. We may suspend access for misuse.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date above.
